TERMS OF SALE
These conditions of sale, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties, regulate the purchase contracts between seller and buyer relating to the products marketed by 4THEM, with registered office in VIA PRINCIPE UMBERTO 5 - 03039 Sora(FR).
ADHESION TO THE CONDITIONS
By placing an order, the customer requests the purchase of the selected products and undertakes to fulfill their obligations regarding collection and payment. They also declare that they have read and accepted all the regulations set forth below, including the conditions for collection, returns, and guarantees, which shall be considered valid until further changes are duly communicated or agreed to in writing between the parties.
By registering and transcribing their personal information, the customer agrees not to provide false or misleading information, knowing full well that this could result in a serious criminal complaint. 4THEM therefore declines all responsibility for the provision of false information and reserves the right to file a report with the competent authorities.
Be identified and contacted:
- Pay using one of the payment services indicated by the operator
- Be available, in accordance with the courier's terms, to receive the ordered products
- Do not provide false reviews and false experiences in using the products, whether on the operator's site or on third-party sites not directly managed by the company.
JURISDICTION
The agreement between the site manager and the buyer is governed by Italian law regarding commerce, and in particular electronic commerce.
PRODUCTQUALITY AND RESPONSIBILITY TO THE SITE MANAGER
The products advertised and sold through the site meet the highest possible quality standards and have been verified for functionality.
PRIVACY PROTECTION
The site operator reserves the right to collect, within the limits established for the collection of sensitive data and the protection of privacy, data regarding the user's browsing habits and preferences, including through the use of technical cookies.
COLLECTIONS, DELIVERIES
Placing an online order on a site owned by 4THEM is equivalent to reserving the products present in our warehouse, therefore the customer will undertake to collect them personally or through third parties at his own expense, from our operational headquarters located in Viale Regina Elena 80, 03039 Sora (FR).
Once we receive confirmation of the order, the contract is deemed accepted by us, and we will begin the delivery process. The Foundation reserves the right to refuse the purchase offer, even at a later date, without incurring penalties or additional obligations. The goods must be collected by the customer or by a third party designated by the customer at the time of ordering.
If no delivery is indicated, the customer will be responsible for the collection of the parcel directly via Mail Boxes Etc. and GLS couriers, taking advantage of the collection costs indicated in the SHIPPING COSTS.
ORDER COLLECTION ON SITE
Customers can collect their orders at the store any day, Monday through Friday, between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. In this case, it's best to schedule a phone appointment so our staff can prepare your order in time for delivery.
COLLECTION BY COURIER
The courier collection, which takes place at our office every weekday, is intended to be on behalf of the end customer, who therefore undertakes to accept the delivery costs as indicated at the time of ordering and to check the integrity of the packages upon arrival at their home.
The preparation of deliveries may be subject to delays, even if not due to our will, as well as arrival times which will be subject, without any responsibility on our part, to weather conditions, traffic, any public holidays, etc. During delivery, the customer is required to check:
Number of packages, conformity of packaging, integrity of parcels.
Any anomalies must be reported in writing before collection with the written addition of CONTENT CONTROL RESERVATIONS, expressly specifying the reason.
GUARANTEES
All products are pre-inspected to verify both their conformity to the descriptions and their integrity. The products sold are governed by the international regulations currently in force. Any complaints must be sent by registered mail to our headquarters located in Viale Regina Elena 80, 03039 Sora (FR).
4THEM offers its customers free assistance for purchased products.
The products must be sent to and collected from our office, with shipping costs always paid by the customer. Our employees, after appropriate assessment, will replace any damaged or defective products that are in a way that compromises their correct use.
SUBSTITUTIONS
Replacement requests for products that the customer dislikes must be submitted to our office within 7 days of the arrival date, after inspecting the product and packaging. Return and shipping costs are always the customer's responsibility. Products to be exchanged will be exchanged for goods of equal value, excluding shipping costs.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Pursuant to applicable privacy legislation, the end user acknowledges and agrees that the data provided will be entered into the 4THEM database and may be used for commercial and/or promotional purposes, including for statistical purposes through consultation, processing, or comparison, and for the electronic sending of promotional materials. The end user accepts 4THEM's right to disclose the data entered into the database to third parties, provided that they are used for the same purposes. The interested party may, as regulated by applicable laws, request changes, updates, additions, and deletion of the data without any additional charge.
DISPUTE
In the event of disputes, the company reserves the right to seek legal action before the competent courts in the Italian Republic.
