Invoice Request

Are you a company or an individual and need an invoice?

No problem, you have two options:

1. Enter your details during the purchase process:at the time of payment, you can fill in your company details (tax code/VAT number) and your certified email address (PEC) or unique code.

2. Send a request within 15 days of the payment datevia email to amministrazione.fondazioneheal@4them.itspecifying the order number and/or the bank transfer made.

Don't forget to provide us with your billing information.

In case of corporate invoicing you will need to inform us:

• company data (including VAT number/Tax code)
• unique code or PEC

If you placed the order as a private individual, you will need to send us:

• name and surname of the order holder
• home address
• Tax ID code

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will issue an invoice for requests received after 15 days.
